Making pizza according to this recipe will not take you more than half an hour. The secret is that the dough is kneaded in a food processor. Now making pizza at home will be easier than ordering!
It is necessary
- For the test:
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp of water
- olive oil
- a pinch of salt
- For filling:
- 300 g mozzarella for pizza
- 400 g of mashed tomatoes in slices
- filling to taste (salami in my case)
- basil, thyme
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. To make dough: put flour and salt in a food processor or blender with a knife attachment. Pour in water and add a couple of tablespoons of olive oil. Grind until the dough starts to stick together into a lump. You should have a fairly soft dough.
Step 2
Divide the dough in two. Sprinkle the work surface with flour, lightly roll the dough in flour. Roll out into two large layers. Spread the grated tomatoes evenly on each base, sprinkle with grated cheese and lay out the filling, for example, 6 - 7 pieces of salami on each pizza. Sprinkle with basil and thyme.
Step 3
Put the pizza in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 10 minutes in the top and bottom heating mode, then set the blowing mode and bake for another 5 minutes. Bon Appetit!
