Instructions

Step 1

First, thoroughly rinse and dry about 150 grams of mushrooms, after removing the coarse parts of the cap. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices and place them in a separate bowl.

Step 2

Now rinse well the 200 grams of chicken fillet and cut into medium sized cubes. Place the fillets on a plate.

Step 3

To prepare the dish, you will also need 500 grams of wide pasta. Pour water into a medium saucepan and set it to the highest heat setting. Wait for the water to boil and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper to it, mix everything.

Step 4

Wait for the water to boil again, toss the pasta into a saucepan and cook for no more than 5 minutes. After this time has elapsed, drain the water from the pan.

Now take 50 grams of Parmesan cheese and grate it on a fine grater. Transfer the cheese to a separate plate.

10 grams of fresh parsley, rinse well and dry. Chop the herbs finely and transfer to an empty bowl.

Cut off a small piece of butter and place it in a skillet over medium heat. Wait for the oil to melt and add the previously prepared mushrooms to the pan. Fry them, stirring occasionally, until the liquid is gone and the mushrooms are golden brown.

Put the chopped chicken fillet in the same pan and continue to cook the mushrooms and chicken, not forgetting to stir. During the cooking process, the meat should acquire a pink crust and soften. Sprinkle everything with pepper and salt and then pour the cream (150 ml) over the ingredients in the skillet.

Step 9

Increase heat and wait for the mixture to boil again. After that, sprinkle a third of the grated cheese here and mix everything well. Simmer until thick.

Step 10

Fettuccine can now be served. Take a flat plate, put boiled pasta on the bottom, pour on top with creamy sauce with pieces of chicken fillet and champignons. Garnish the top of the dish with the remaining grated cheese.
