It is necessary
- For tartlets:
- - 150 grams of cottage cheese,
- - 150 grams of butter,
- - 200 grams of flour,
- - 0.5 teaspoons of salt.
- For filling:
- - 250 grams of chicken fillet (baked or boiled),
- - 80 grams of dried mushrooms (already soaked and boiled),
- - 1 onion,
- - 2 cloves of garlic,
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of vegetable oil
- - ground black pepper to taste, -
- - 0.5 tsp dry oregano,
- - salt to taste,
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise,
- - 200 grams of hard cheese,
- - greens to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Pass 150 grams of cottage cheese (preferably fatty) through a meat grinder or sieve through a sieve - whichever is more convenient. The curd should be of a uniform consistency. Add butter, sifted flour and salt to the curd, knead to a homogeneous dough. Roll the resulting dough into a ball, wrap it in a bag and put it in a cool place for half an hour.
Step 2
Cut the chicken into small pieces, season with salt and pepper (if the chicken is baked, then you do not need to season it). Chop mushrooms and onions finely.
Step 3
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the onion until golden brown. Add mushrooms, dry oregano to the onion, season with salt and pour in 2-3 tablespoons of water. Simmer mushrooms and onions until the water evaporates, stir.
Step 4
Transfer the fried mushrooms to a bowl, cool, add the chopped garlic, pepper to taste and mix with two tablespoons of mayonnaise (can be substituted with sour cream). Grate the cheese separately.
Step 5
Cut a piece from the dough and roll it into a layer 0, 2-0, 3 centimeters thick. Take a glass or saucer that is slightly larger in diameter than the tartlet tins. Cut into circles from all over the dough.
Step 6
Put dough circles in the molds, rub a little on the bottoms and on the sides of the molds. Pierce the bottom and sides of the dough with a fork - this is necessary so that the dough does not bubble during baking. Bake the tartlets at 180 degrees until lightly browned. Let the tartlets cool, then remove them from the molds.
Step 7
Fill the cooled tartlets with the prepared filling. Sprinkle with cheese and place in oven until cheese is melted. Decorate the finished tartlets with dill or parsley.
