Pork raxo belongs to the Spanish cuisine. The meat according to this recipe turns out to be tender and tasty, it goes well with French fries. Mixing ingredients such as tomato paste, cream and wine gives the meat a delicate pleasant taste, and the seasonings enrich the dish with such an aroma that no one can resist it. You can use your favorite condiments like oregano, coriander, cumin.

It is necessary

  • - 800 g of pork pulp;
  • - 200 ml of dry red wine;
  • - 200 ml cream 15% fat;
  • - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
  • - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of tomato paste;
  • - 1 teaspoon of paprika, ground caraway seeds, coriander;
  • - black pepper, salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the pork flesh, cut into long thin slices.

Step 2

Fry the meat until golden brown in oil. You can fry in a mixture of sunflower and olive oil - it turns out delicious. Season with pepper and salt to taste.

Step 3

Combine cream with tomato paste and spices, stir well.

Step 4

Pour the prepared meat with the resulting sauce, cover with a lid, simmer over low heat for 15 minutes.

Step 5

Pour red wine to the meat with sauce, simmer for another 10 minutes.

Step 6

Arrange the pork raxo on bowls, serve hot, garnish with fresh herbs.
