  • - sugar - 150 g,
  • - vanillin - 2 tsp.
  • For decoration:
  • - kiwi - 4 pcs.,
  • - red currant - 50 g,
  • - blueberries - 50 g,
  • - raspberries - 100 g,
  • - strawberries - 100 g (berries can be taken frozen),
  • - gelatin -15 g.

Instructions

Step 1

Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, combine it with softened butter. Pour in the sifted flour and cinnamon, knead the dough so that it does not stick to your hands. Grease the cake pan with butter, lay out the dough and distribute it over the surface of the mold. We bake the base cake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for 20-25 minutes.

Step 2

For the cream, beat the sour cream with sugar and vanilla. Fruits and berries can be used frozen or canned. Fresh fruits and berries must be thoroughly washed and dried.

Step 3

Peel the kiwi. Cut strawberries and kiwi into thin slices. Dilute gelatin in cold water (200 ml) and leave to swell. Remove the finished cake from the oven, cool and transfer to a plate. Lubricate the base with cream. Decorate the top with kiwi circles, place berries in the middle. We heat the gelatin in a water bath and pour the fruit in a thin layer. We put the cake in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
