Easter with a secret will become a real decoration of the table, it is very tasty, tender, it just melts in your mouth.
It is necessary
- - 1 kg of fat cottage cheese;
- - 400 g butter;
- - 10 pieces. boiled eggs (yolk);
- - 300 g of icing sugar;
- - 3-4 teaspoons of condensed milk;
- - 300 g cream (35%);
- - 1 chocolate egg ("Kinder Surprise");
Instructions
Step 1
Place the curd in a gauze bag and hang it in a cool place over a bowl for 12 hours, allowing the whey to drain.
Free the cheese from the cheesecloth and rub through a sieve along with the yolks.
Step 2
Whisk softened butter with powdered sugar in a mixer, then add to the curd and mix well.
Add the whipped cream in a fluffy foam to the curd mass, knead everything carefully, setting aside 1 tbsp. spoon of the resulting mixture.
Step 3
Transfer Easter to cheesecloth, tie the hanging ends to form a knot, and hang in a cool place for 3-4 hours.
Step 4
Mix the deferred curd mass with 1 teaspoon of condensed milk and fill both halves of the chocolate egg with the resulting cream, combining them. Free Easter from the gauze by making a depression with a fork (knife) at the bottom, insert a chocolate egg.
Step 5
Smooth the bottom of Easter with the extracted mass, transfer to a mold (pasochny) and leave in the cold for 7-8 hours.
Decorate Easter with the leftover condensed milk.
