Baked apples have long been a favorite treat for children and adults. Tastes and preferences have remained, but making this dessert has now become much easier, a multicooker will come to the rescue.
For baking, you need 4 small apples, it is better to choose red apples, they should be of medium density. It is better not to bake soft varieties of apples, as there is a high probability that the pulp will turn into puree, and hard varieties of apples will have to be baked for 5-10 minutes longer.
The apples need to be washed well, the top cut off - it will be the lid for the apple keg. Carefully, using a sharp knife, you need to remove seeds and veins from the apples, without damaging the peel. Put a teaspoon of honey on the bottom of the apple and close the apple with a lid. In addition to honey, you can put cottage cheese, nuts, dried fruits, berries in an apple, or just add a little cinnamon to honey.
It is best to line the bottom of the multicooker bowl with a baking bag to avoid getting sweet apple juice or honey on the lining of the bowl. Place the apples inside the bowl so that they stand firmly and add 50 ml of water, so the peel in the finished apples will be easier to lag behind the pulp. Set the "Baking" mode, 10-15 minutes after the start of cooking, you can add another 50 ml of water. The total baking time for apples is 30 minutes.
Apples can be served hot or cold, sprinkled in powdered sugar.
