Charlotte is the easiest pie to prepare, which, if the recipe is followed, always turns out to be incredibly tasty and airy. In addition, this pie can be cooked in a multicooker, taking only 10-15 minutes.

It is necessary

  • - three apples (preferably sour);
  • - three eggs;
  • - three tablespoons of sugar;
  • - a teaspoon of vegetable oil;
  • - a teaspoon of baking powder;
  • - salt (on the tip of a knife);
  • - a bag of vanillin;
  • - a glass of flour;
  • - 1/2 lemon.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the apples, cut into quarters, remove the seeds and cut into thin slices (if the peel is too tough, cut it off).

Put the apples in a deep bowl, squeeze the juice of half a lemon into it and stir (this is necessary so that the apples do not darken).

Step 2

Break three eggs into a deep bowl, add a little salt to them and start beating with a mixer at the lowest speed. After a minute of beating, add vanillin and all the sand to the eggs and continue beating for about five minutes, increasing the speed of the mixer. The result should be a very dense air mass.

Step 3

Sift flour into a separate bowl, mix it with baking powder (it is better not to use soda in this cake, otherwise the baking will turn out to be less tasty).

Pour the flour into the egg mass in small portions and mix gently, trying not to leave lumps of flour and not allow the dough to settle at the same time. In this way, stir in all the flour.

Step 4

After the flour has been mixed in, place the prepared apples in a bowl and stir again.

Step 5

Lubricate the bottom of the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil, put the resulting dough into it, close the lid and set the "baking" mode for 40 minutes.

After the time has elapsed, let the pie stand in the slow cooker for a few more minutes (at least 10), then place the pie on a wide flat dish and cut into portions. Charlotte is ready, you can sprinkle the cake with icing sugar before serving.
