Step 1
Beat the yolks with sugar - you get a fluffy light mass. Add a few spoons of flavored alcohol (rum or cognac). Mash the mascarpone with a spoon, mix with the beaten egg yolks.

Add milk to frozen blueberries, chop without thawing. Combine both mixtures, beat well, cover the dishes with cling film, put them in the freezer for an hour.
Step 3
After an hour, take out the mixture, beat again with a mixer, put the bowl in the freezer, after half an hour beat the mixture again - then large ice crystals will not form in the ice cream.
Step 4
Hold the blueberry ice cream in the refrigerator for half an hour before serving, then arrange on plates and send to the table. You can garnish the treat with berries, whipped cream, or coconut. You can also just pour the ice cream over with jam. Enjoy!
