  • - 5 eggs
  • - 200 g of curd mass
  • - 50 ml cream
  • - 3 bananas
  • - 50 g brown granulated sugar
  • - 20 g butter
  • - 20 g gelatin
  • - 50 ml lemon juice

Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the dough. First, wash the bananas well, peel and then cut into circles. Soak gelatin in cool water.

Step 2

Heat butter in a skillet and add granulated sugar. While stirring, bring the granulated sugar until caramelized. Then add lemon juice and bananas, leave for 3-5 minutes.

Step 3

Mix curd mass with banana, add gelatin, then mix everything well until smooth.

Take a volumetric form, cover with parchment and put the curd-banana mass in it, put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

Step 4

Make a chocolate mousse. Melt the chocolate in a steam bath and cool. Soak 10 g of gelatin. Divide the egg into yolks and whites. Heat the cream to 90 degrees and dissolve the gelatin in it, add the yolks and stir. Combine the melted chocolate with the creamy yolk mass and stir again. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Add the egg whites to the chocolate-cream mixture and stir until smooth.

Step 5

Place the chocolate mousse over the banana curd mixture and smooth over the surface. Refrigerate for 6-7 hours.
