Instructions

Step 1

For pancakes, knead the dough from sifted flour, milk and eggs, add a pinch of salt. mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps.

Step 2

Bake 20 thin pancakes in a preheated pan. Do not forget to grease the surface of the pan with a thin layer of vegetable oil from time to time.

Step 3

For the chocolate mousse, dilute the cocoa powder with water. Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave, add it to cocoa.
