Pancakes are a favorite dish in many countries, so there are a lot of recipes for their preparation. One of the most delicious desserts is a chocolate pancake cake with a delicate layer of whipped cream.
It is necessary
- For pancakes:
- - 175 gr. flour;
- - 100 gr. Sahara;
- - a teaspoon of baking powder;
- - 25 gr. cocoa powder;
- - a pinch of salt;
- - 4 and a half tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - 2 teaspoons of vanilla essence;
- - 350 ml of milk.
- For the layer:
- - 230 ml whipping cream;
- - 30 gr. icing sugar.
- For decoration:
- - 90 gr. chocolate;
- - any pair of berries.
Instructions
Step 1
First, mix all dry ingredients.
Step 2
Pour milk, butter and vanilla essence into them. Beat thoroughly until smooth.
Step 3
We bake small pancakes in a frying pan. We transfer them to a dish to cool down.
Step 4
Whisk the cream and powdered sugar air cream. Putting together the pancake cake, brushing each pancake with three teaspoons of whipped cream.
Step 5
On the top pancake, gently spread a couple of tablespoons of whipped cream and berries as a decoration.
Step 6
Melt the chocolate and pour it over the pancake cake beautifully. Serve dessert immediately!
