  • - 180 g flour;
  • - 300 ml of milk or water;

  • - 70 g of dark chocolate;

  • For the cream:
  • - 800 ml of milk;
  • - 250 g butter;
  • - 2 yolks;
  • - 250 g of sugar;
  • - 100 ml of water;
  • - 2 tbsp. spoons of starch.

Instructions

Step 1

Make pancake dough. To do this, melt the chocolate in a water bath and cool it to room temperature. In a separate cup, combine olive oil, eggs, milk and sugar. Whisk everything well and add melted chocolate.

Step 2

Pour the prepared mixture into the flour gradually, stirring all the time. Mix everything thoroughly and bake thin pancakes in a pan.

Step 3

Pour milk into a saucepan, add water, sugar and yolks. Beat everything with a whisk, put on fire and cook until thick. Then turn off the heat, add soft butter and starch diluted in water to the cream. Mix everything thoroughly and cool.

Step 4

Assemble the pancake cake by brushing each with custard. Sprinkle with plenty of grated chocolate on top. Put the cake in the refrigerator for half an hour, and then serve, garnish with fresh berries.
