Cooking pancake cake

Take three eggs and break them into a bowl, add granulated sugar there. Thoroughly grind the ingredients, grind for three minutes to lighten the mass. Pour 1.5 cups milk into the egg-sugar mixture, stir.

Add flour gradually, stirring constantly with a whisk. Pour out the remaining milk last and stir the dough until smooth.

Whisk the cream well, use a mixer for convenience. If you want to make the cream sweeter, add a little granulated sugar or condensed milk.

Now you can assemble the pancake cake. Spread cream on each cake except the last one. Pour melted chocolate over the top of the cake. You can decorate the dessert with fresh berries and fruits.
