- - curd cheese - 150 grams;
- - condensed milk - 1/2 cans;

Step 1
Beat eggs with vanilla and sugar. Add sour cream and butter, followed by cocoa powder, baking powder and flour.

Bake the cake at 180 degrees. 50 minutes will be enough. Cool the resulting biscuit, cut into two or three parts.
Step 3
Prepare the cream. Whisk in the cream, add thickener. Then add curd cheese and condensed milk to the whipped cream. Whisk everything well, add food coloring (you can do without it). It turned out to be a very tasty cream, reminiscent of ice cream.
Step 4
Saturate the cakes with sugar syrup, coat with sweet cream. Decorate the finished "Chocolate Sundae" cake as your imagination tells you. The easiest way is to decorate the top of the cake with cream using a pastry syringe. Enjoy your tea!
