A fragrant, very tender, airy cupcake with a filling is an excellent table decoration. It is not difficult to prepare such a cupcake, and besides, cupcakes according to this recipe always turn out well. Try to bake this wonderful cake with boiled condensed milk for tea.

- - 2 glasses of yogurt (kefir);
- - 3 pcs. eggs;
- - 150 - 200 g of sugar;
- - 200 g margarine;
- - 1 tbsp. l. sunflower oil;
- - 1 tsp baking powder;
- - 3 cups flour.

We drive eggs into a cup, put sugar, mix and whisk a little until fluffy homogeneous mass.

To the resulting egg mass, add yogurt or kefir at room temperature, vegetable oil, softened margarine, mix. Gradually add baking powder and flour in small portions, kneading until the consistency of thick sour cream.

There is no need to lubricate the silicone muffin tins, as the muffins according to this recipe will not stick to the mold. Put the dough into molds with a spoon to half the shape.

We put boiled condensed milk.
Step 5
Put a spoonful of dough on top of the filling. We got the filling in the middle of the cake.

We send it to a preheated oven at 200 ° C. Bake the muffins in a silicone mold for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown. Ovens are baked differently by everyone, so before removing the cupcakes from the oven, be sure to check that the cake is ready with a wooden toothpick. Extend the baking time by a few minutes if necessary.
Ready-made muffins can be sprinkled with powdered sugar, and you can also vary it yourself, add to the dough: raisins, nuts and dried fruits.
