It is necessary

  • Bread:
  • - 1.5 cups of milk;
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • - 115 g of butter;
  • - 1, 5 tsp salt;
  • - 17 g dry yeast;
  • - 0.5 cups of warm water;
  • - 3 eggs.
  • Filling:
  • - 1, 5 cups of bread crumbs;
  • - 4, 5 tbsp. Sahara;
  • - 1, 5 tbsp. cinnamon;
  • - 90 g butter.

Instructions

Step 1

Pour the milk into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat, add sugar, salt and butter. Stir until the mixture is smooth and let cool.

Step 2

Dissolve a teaspoon of sugar in lukewarm water (body temperature) and stir. Add yeast, mix again and set aside for about 10 minutes to activate and bubble up the yeast.

Step 3

Mix yeast with milk mixture, add eggs, sift flour and mix thoroughly. Transfer to a bowl, cover with a towel and leave to rise for about 1.5 hours: the dough should double in volume.

Step 4

For the filling, melt the butter, cool slightly and mix thoroughly with the rest of the ingredients.

Step 5

After 1, 5 hours, knead the dough and carefully divide into two parts. Transfer the first part to a form lined with parchment paper (if baking in silicone, there is no need to line the form with something or grease it with oil) and put the filling on top. Cover with the other half. Lightly grease the bread with milk using a silicone brush, cover with a towel and leave in a warm, draft-free place to approach again.

Step 6

Put the oven to warm up to 180 degrees. Send the matching workpiece to the preheated oven for about 50 minutes. The finished bread will be echoing when tapped. Allow to cool slightly in the pan, then cool completely on a wire rack.
