Pastries such as filled bread are quite capable of replacing any sandwiches. The most important thing is that when you replace at least one ingredient, the taste of this bread will become completely different. Feel free to experiment.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - dry yeast - 21 g;
- - liquid honey - 25 g;
- - warm water - 270 ml;
- - soy sauce - 40 ml;
- - salt;
- - rye flour - 2.5 cups;
- - wheat flour - 2, 5 glasses;
- - olive oil - 8 tablespoons;
- - egg - 2 pcs.
- For filling:
- - soy sauce - 40 ml;
- - hard cheese - 150 g;
- - sausage - 150 g;
- - mushrooms - 200 g;
- - onion - 1 pc.;
- - boiled eggs - 7 pcs.;
- - chicken fillet - 300 g;
- - greens - 1 bunch;
- - black pepper;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix warm water with liquid honey and dissolve it in it. Then add dry yeast. Stir the mixture until the ingredient is dissolved. Next, pour in the olive oil along with soy sauce and add raw chicken eggs with a little salt.
Step 2
Pour the pre-sifted flour to the rest of the mixture in several steps. Mixing everything well, you get the dough. Place it in heat so that it rises and becomes 2 times its original volume.
Step 3
Cut the chicken into fairly small pieces and cover with soy sauce. Leave it like this for about 30-40 minutes. This time is enough for it to marinate.
Step 4
After thoroughly washing the mushrooms, fry them in one pan along with finely chopped onions. Chop the sausage into cubes and grate the cheese on a medium-sized grater.
Step 5
Fry chicken meat marinated in soy sauce in a pan with butter, then mix it with pre-boiled chicken eggs, chopped herbs, fried mushrooms, grated cheese and sausage cubes. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly with each other, then season the resulting filling to your liking with salt and pepper.
Step 6
Cut the risen dough into 3 equal parts and roll each in the shape of an oval cake. Place the filling in the center of the rolled layers. Secure the dough on all sides, roll into a ring and transfer to a baking dish. In this form, let the future bread with the filling stand for about 30-40 minutes.
Step 7
After preheating the oven to a temperature of 210 degrees, bake the filled bread in it for 30 minutes.
Step 8
Serve the finished baked goods to the table, after having cooled down. The filled bread is ready!
