It is necessary

  • - flour - 400 g;
  • - yogurt - 300 g;
  • - eggs - 2 pcs.;
  • - vegetable oil - 150 ml;
  • - sugar - 1, 5 tbsp.;
  • - vanilla sugar - 2 sachets;
  • - salt - a pinch;
  • - baking powder - 1 sachet;
  • - chocolate - 100 g.

Instructions

Step 1

Break the eggs into a deep bowl. Add sugar, a small pinch of salt, two bags of vanilla sugar. Beat with a mixer or whisk until fluffy light foam and a significant increase in volume.

Step 2

Continuing to beat, add 150 ml of odorless vegetable oil. Mix until completely homogeneous.

Step 3

Add 300 g of plain yogurt. Better to take low-fat yogurt. Mix well.

Step 4

Continuing to beat, gradually add the sifted flour with baking powder. It turns out a dough with a thick creamy consistency.

Step 5

Put half the dough into small muffin tins. The most convenient way to do this is with a pastry bag.

Step 6

For the filling, you can take any chocolate without additives - milk, bitter or confectionery. Break it into pieces and place one piece in each mold on top of the first layer of dough.

Step 7

We spread the rest of the test. Leave the top about a quarter of the height of the mold as the cupcakes will rise during baking.

Step 8

We send the muffins into an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 15-20 minutes - they should rise and acquire a beautiful golden hue.

Step 9

Melted chocolate and confectionery powder can be used for festive decoration of cupcakes. There are other decoration options.

Step 10

Icing

Dissolve 3-4 tablespoons of powdered sugar in 2 tablespoons of warm milk to make a thick creamy mass. Can be used as garnish with jam or caramel.

Step 11

Butter cream

Whisk 270 g butter with 30 g milk. While continuing to beat, add 200 g of powdered sugar and 50 g of granulated sugar. Place a “cap” of cream on each cupcake with a pastry bag, garnish with berries or pieces of marmalade on top.

Step 12

The simplest, but at the same time very elegant decoration is powdered sugar.
