Chocolate muffins are a treat that you can't tear yourself away from. If you have children, then bake such a delicacy only on weekends, because a lot of sweets are known to be harmful.
It is necessary
- -250 grams of sifted flour,
- -250 grams of granulated sugar,
- -100 grams of butter,
- -1 glass of drinking natural yogurt,
- -100 grams of cocoa powder,
- -a teaspoon of baking powder,
- - half a teaspoon of salt,
- - half a teaspoon of baking soda,
- -two medium eggs,
- - a pinch of vanillin,
- -150 grams of dark chocolate.
Instructions
Step 1
Melt butter in a water bath or microwave.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix flour with sugar, cocoa powder, soda, salt, vanilla and baking powder.
In another cup, mix natural yoghurt with two eggs.
We combine dry and liquid products, mix well.
Step 3
Add melted butter to a common bowl and knead the dough.
The dough can be very steep, almost dry. If such a dough turns out, then add a little yogurt and mix.
Step 4
Chop the chocolate into small pieces and add it to the bowl to the dough, mix.
We grease the molds in which we will bake the muffins and fill them by two-thirds with dough (the muffins will rise when baking).
Step 5
Set the temperature to 200 degrees on the oven and heat it up.
We put our muffins to bake for 25 minutes.
Step 6
We take the baked muffins out of the oven and leave to cool for ten minutes. Then we take out the muffins from the molds and serve them on the table in a beautiful plate for tea.
