Baking delicious raisin muffins is easy enough. Instructions
Step 1
Wash the raisins in warm water; peel them if necessary. Put the washed raisins in a cup or saucepan, pour a glass of boiling water over, cover and leave for fifteen minutes. While the raisins are steaming, prepare the dough.

Break eggs into a bowl, add sugar and beat in any way convenient for you: a whisk, mixer, blender. Melt the butter (margarine) and pour it into a bowl, add the kefir and whisk again.

Quench the baking soda in apple cider vinegar and add to a bowl. You can use five grams of baking powder instead of slaked soda. Add salt, vanillin and stir the contents of the bowl. Lastly, add flour, raisins to the mixture and mix thoroughly.

Brush a baking pan or baking dish with vegetable oil. Pour the dough into a greased cupcake maker. Place the cake pan in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for about thirty minutes at 180 degrees. Delicious raisin muffins are ready!
