Combine all dry ingredients in a deep bowl - a glass of semolina, a glass of sifted flour and a glass of sugar. Add a teaspoon of baking soda, 4 tablespoons of keroba, a little vanillin. Wash the raisins thoroughly and soak them in purified water for 10 minutes.

Next, add one glass of kefir and half a glass of vegetable oil to the dry flour mixture. Then stir and set the muffin dough aside for 10 minutes for the semolina to swell.
