It is necessary
- - wheat flour - 380 g;
- - granulated sugar - 140 g;
- - baking soda - 0.5 tsp;
- - prunes 110 g;
- - cognac - 5 ml;
- - kefir - 220 ml;
- - chicken egg - 1 pc.;
- - butter - 90 g;
- - powdered sugar to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the prunes first. For this purpose, sort all the berries well and rinse thoroughly. Place the prunes in a cup and cover with a little brandy. Leave the prunes to soften for 15-20 minutes.
Step 2
Prepare the dough. To do this, take a deep bowl, add eggs and sugar. Gently insert kefir into the dough. Place the butter in a cup and melt it in a water bath or microwave. Whisk the mixture with a blender or whisk.
Step 3
Sift the flour gently into a bowl, add soda on top, mix until a homogeneous consistency is formed. The dough should be soft and elastic.
Step 4
Remove the prunes from the cognac, place them on a cutting board and cut into thin strips or cubes. Transfer the chopped prunes to the dough and mix well.
Step 5
Use a special baking pan for mini cupcakes. Put a small piece of butter in each mold container, and then fill with the prepared dough so that the dough does not go beyond the edges of each mold.
Step 6
The muffins should be baked in the oven for about 30 minutes at a temperature of 160-180 degrees. When baking, the dough should rise. When the cupcakes are golden brown on top, remove the pan from the oven and place on the table to cool.
