We take a container in which we will mix the pre-sifted flour, sugar, salt and vanilla sugar.

Grind a bar of chocolate with a knife or grate, add melted butter and cocoa powder. Mix everything, put it in a water bath and keep it until the chocolate mixture becomes melted and viscous.

Beat milk (room temperature) with eggs and add to the warm mass of the chocolate mixture.

Add a mixture of flour, sugar and salt to the resulting chocolate mass.
Step 5
We grease the muffin molds with vegetable oil and fill only 3/4 of the total volume. Lubricate the muffins with an egg and bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 30-35 minutes.
Step 6
We check the readiness with a toothpick, then the muffins must be cooled, without taking them out of the molds, and sprinkled with powdered sugar. Chocolate muffins are ready.
