Ingredients for the omelet:

  • 2 eggs;
  • 4 tbsp. l. sour cream;
  • 1 handful of hard cheese;
  • 2 tbsp. l. chopped green onions;
  • 1 tbsp. l. bread crumbs;
  • sunflower oil;
  • salt.

Ingredients for the filling:

  • 1-2 tbsp. l. sour cream;
  • 150 g chicken;
  • a tomato;
  • ½ red onion;
  • hard cheese;
  • a handful of chopped green onions;
  • 1 tbsp. l. soy sauce;
  • 5-10 cherry tomatoes (for serving);
  • a couple of sprigs of dill (for serving).

Preparation:

  1. Drive eggs into a deep plate, add sour cream to them, add salt and bread crumbs. Beat everything with a whisk until smooth.
  2. Grate hard cheese on a fine grater. Wash greens and chop finely with a knife.
  3. Pour sunflower oil into a frying pan and heat it well.
  4. Pour the egg mass into the butter, quickly sprinkle it with cheese and chopped herbs, fry well on one side, then turn over with wide blades and fry on the other side. Then turn off the fire, leaving the omelet in the pan.
  5. Boil chicken meat in advance, cool, cut into slices and fry. If there is no chicken meat, then it can be replaced with any sausage product or something meaty that is at hand.
  6. Cut half the onion into small cubes. Peel the tomato and cut into slices if possible.
  7. Grease the omelet with plenty of sour cream.
  8. In the center of the omelet, place one strip of onion with chicken. Place tomato slices evenly on top of the meat.
  9. Grease the filling with soy sauce using a silicone brush.
  10. Roll the omelet tightly into a roll so that the filling remains one strip inside the roll.
  11. Fry omelet roll with filling from all possible sides, then transfer to a dish, sprinkle with hard cheese and herbs.
  12. Serve, garnish with cherry tomatoes and dill sprigs if desired.
