Ingredients:

  • 900 g minced meat;
  • 100 g of pure water;
  • 1 medium onion;
  • 2 cups full of wheat flour
  • 1 chicken egg;
  • 3 tablespoons of sunflower oil (preferably odorless);
  • salt and black pepper;
  • spices and herbs.

Preparation:

  1. The first step is to start preparing the dough. To do this, it is necessary to sift the flour with a slide directly onto the table surface. Further, a small depression is made in it, into which a chicken egg, sunflower oil are poured, and the required amount of salt is added. Knead the dough carefully, remembering to add a little water in the process. As a result, the dough should turn out to be quite tight, but at the same time it must be elastic.
  2. Pour well washed and finely chopped greens into the finished minced meat. You also need to add salt and ground black pepper, as well as other favorite spices (optional).
  3. Then remove the husk from the onion, wash it thoroughly and chop it with a sharp knife. The cubes should be very small. Next, pour the chopped onion into the minced meat and mix everything well.
  4. After that, you can proceed to the formation of lazy manti. To do this, you need to carefully roll out the dough into a fairly thin cake. At the same time, please note that there should be no damage on it.
  5. Then use a spoon to spread the minced meat in an even layer on the tortilla. Please note that the edges of the cake must remain free. After that, very carefully make a tight roll, carefully blinding the edges so that there are no holes left.
  6. Pour exactly 1 liter of clean water into the multicooker. Next, a mold is installed, designed for steam cooking. The bottom of this form should be carefully coated with a small amount of vegetable oil. Then the prepared roll is carefully laid into it.
  7. On the multicooker, set the "Steam cooking" mode. The dish will be ready in about 40 minutes. It is recommended to eat it hot.
