  • • 500 g minced meat (any to your taste)
  • • 300 g cabbage
  • • 1 onion
  • • 2 carrots
  • • 1/2 cup rice
  • • 6 cloves of garlic

Instructions

Step 1

First, cut the carrots into large pieces. If you are not a fan of carrots, you can grate them. Then preheat a skillet and fry the carrots in it.

Step 2

Run finely chopped onions over the carrots and sauté together. If desired, you can fry the carrots and onions directly in the multicooker.

Step 3

Now you can start cooking minced meat. To do this, salt the minced meat, add spices. You can also add garlic. Coarsely chop the cabbage.

Take the rice and rinse it well with cold water until it is almost transparent. It is better to take steamed rice. If you take the usual one, you can pre-soak or boil it overnight.
