An excellent recipe for making stuffed cabbage rolls with mushrooms. This dish can be prepared both for a holiday and for a regular dinner. It takes about an hour to cook, of which the work takes only 15 minutes.

- • 500 g minced meat (any to your taste)
- • 300 g cabbage
- • 1 onion
- • 2 carrots
- • 1/2 cup rice
- • 6 cloves of garlic

Step 1
First, cut the carrots into large pieces. If you are not a fan of carrots, you can grate them. Then preheat a skillet and fry the carrots in it.
Step 2
Run finely chopped onions over the carrots and sauté together. If desired, you can fry the carrots and onions directly in the multicooker.
Step 3
Now you can start cooking minced meat. To do this, salt the minced meat, add spices. You can also add garlic. Coarsely chop the cabbage.
Step 4
Take the rice and rinse it well with cold water until it is almost transparent. It is better to take steamed rice. If you take the usual one, you can pre-soak or boil it overnight.
Step 5
Chop the mushrooms and run them over the onions and carrots. Then throw the minced meat there.
Step 6
When it's fried, combine all the ingredients in a multicooker bowl and cover with water.
Close the lid of the multicooker and set to simmer for 45 minutes.
