Not every housewife has time to pamper homemade classic stuffed cabbage rolls. This recipe will allow you to cook your favorite dish in an unusual shape with minimal energy and time costs.

- - 500 g minced meat;
- - 1 medium carrot;
- - 1 onion;
- - 200 g of rice;

- - vegetable oil;
- - water.

Step 1
Pour some vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and add the minced meat. Turn on the "Fry" mode and fry the meat for 10-12 minutes. While it's cooking, grate the carrots on a medium grater and chop the onion finely. Add vegetables to the multicooker bowl and fry with the minced meat for another 2-3 minutes.
Step 2
Pre-chop the cabbage finely, put it in a deep dish and salt. Squeeze the cabbage with your hands until it is soft and draining. Rinse the rice.
Step 3
Place a layer of cabbage on top of the fried minced meat, onions and carrots. Place the washed rice on top of the cabbage. Fill everything with warm water so that it almost reaches the rice layer (about 500 - 600 ml) and salt to taste. You do not need to mix the layers. Turn on the Boil / Soup mode and cook the cabbage rolls for 30-40 minutes. Carefully divide the finished dish into sectors and put on plates without mixing the layers. Serve with herbs and sour cream.
