Instructions

Step 1

To begin with, thoroughly wash the head of cabbage and cut it along the stalk on all sides, pour boiling water over it and let it stand for 5-7 minutes. During this time, the leaves will cook a little and easily separate from the stump itself. When the time is up, carefully separate the leaves from the stalk and cut off all the seals.

Let's prepare rice. To do this, rinse it in water and boil it a little in 0.5 glass of water. Cook until rice is swollen and tender.
