Instructions
Step 1
To begin with, thoroughly wash the head of cabbage and cut it along the stalk on all sides, pour boiling water over it and let it stand for 5-7 minutes. During this time, the leaves will cook a little and easily separate from the stump itself. When the time is up, carefully separate the leaves from the stalk and cut off all the seals.
Step 2
Let's prepare rice. To do this, rinse it in water and boil it a little in 0.5 glass of water. Cook until rice is swollen and tender. Fry the onion in vegetable oil until golden brown, add grated carrots to the onion and fry everything until the carrots are softened. Next, cool the rice and mix it with fried onions and carrots and minced meat until smooth. Everything, the filling is ready.
Step 3
In a bowl, combine 700 ml of water, tomato paste and sour cream. Chop parsley, garlic and a little salt there. The sauce is ready.
Step 4
Put the filling on each cabbage leaf and wrap it in an envelope. Then you need to put the cabbage rolls in the multicooker bowl, pour everything with sauce, you can add a little water.
