Russian version of the Japanese dish "sushi", which is perfect for a hearty dinner with the family, and for treating unexpected guests.
It is necessary
- - 530 g fish fillets;
- - 480 g of loaf (you can baguette);
- - 245 g of onions;
- - 510 ml of milk;
- - 160 g of hard cheese;
- - 55 ml of mayonnaise;
- - 20 g of greens;
- - 30 ml of soy sauce;
- - salt pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
First of all, you need to cut the loaf into pieces no more than 4 centimeters thick. Then put them in milk and let them soak a little for about 10 minutes.
Step 2
Remove the pieces of loaf from the milk, squeeze them lightly and transfer to a greased baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Slices of the loaf should be slightly crushed in the middle.
Step 3
Rinse fish fillets, dry, cut into small pieces. Peel the onions, rinse and chop finely. Wash greens under cold running water and chop.
Step 4
Stir the prepared fish, onions and herbs, add soy sauce to them, salt and pepper and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Put the prepared mixture for the filling on the pieces of the loaf. Grate the cheese, mix with mayonnaise and spread it on top of the stuffed loaf.
Step 6
Place the baking sheet in the oven for about 30 minutes.
