This delicious appetizer is made with mushrooms, Korean carrots and quail eggs. It will decorate your festive table. Guests will appreciate how original you served seemingly ordinary products on the table.
It is necessary
- - 13 fresh mushrooms;
- - 10 quail eggs;
- - 7 pcs. shallots;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of sour cream;
- - 2 bay leaves;
- - Korean carrot;
- - allspice, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the shallots, put in boiling water, add bay leaves, salt and season with allspice. Bring to a boil, boil for a few minutes, then add 10 caps of fresh champignons.
Step 2
Cut the remaining mushrooms and legs into small cubes, fry in vegetable oil until tender. At the end of frying, add sour cream to the pan. Season with salt and pepper, simmer for 2 minutes, remove from heat.
Step 3
Fill mushroom caps with fragrant fried mushrooms in sour cream. Boil quail eggs hard-boiled in advance, cool, peel.
Step 4
Place the mushroom caps on a serving dish or plate, you can first cover it with lettuce leaves or sprigs of dill or parsley. Place a small amount of Korean carrots on top of the mushroom caps, creating brushwood in the bird's nest. Now put one quail egg in each carrot nest. The delicious "Nest" appetizer is ready.
