Instructions
Step 1
Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into very thin strips (you can use a Korean carrot grater for this).
Step 2
Put the potatoes in a frying pan preheated with vegetable oil and fry, without stirring, over high heat until they are golden brown.
Step 3
Then turn the potatoes over and fry on the other side until golden brown. Remove from heat and salt. Then refrigerate.
Step 4
Boil the chicken for about twenty minutes. Separate the meat from the bones and cut or fiber medium-sized, but not finely.
Step 5
Cut the ham into thin strips.
Step 6
Cut the champignons into medium-sized slices.
Step 7
Hard boil the eggs. Separate the whites from the yolks (set the yolks aside). Grate the proteins on a coarse grater.
Step 8
For "bird eggs", grate the yolks on a coarse grater.
Step 9
Wash the greens thoroughly, dry and chop finely.
Step 10
Also grate the processed cheese on a coarse grater (if you use hard cheese, it is better to grate it on a fine grater).
Step 11
Peel the garlic, rinse and pass through a press.
Step 12
Combine egg yolks, cheese, herbs, garlic. Add a little mayonnaise (to make the mass more viscous and sculptable) and mix well.
Step 13
Form the "bird eggs" from the curd.
Step 14
Wash the lettuce leaves, dry them and cover the bottom of a flat plate with them.
Step 15
Combine chicken, mushrooms, ham, egg whites in a bowl. Add the mayonnaise and mix the ingredients well.
Step 16
Put the lettuce mass on the lettuce leaves in the form of a nest, with a small depression in the middle.
Step 17
Decorate the salad with fried potatoes to simulate a bird's nest.
Step 18
Place cheese eggs in the well and garnish the salad with herbs.
Bon Appetit!
