Instructions
Step 1
Peel potatoes and carrots and cook until half cooked, no more than 10 minutes. Salt the vegetables.
Step 2
Wash the fish fillets, cut into large pieces and add to the vegetables. Cook everything together for about 10 minutes. Then drain the water and leave one carrot to decorate.
Step 3
Boil green peas separately for 15-20 minutes. Drain the water. Beat carrots, potatoes and fish with a blender or mash with a fork. You should get a smooth puree. Add milk and butter at the end.
Step 4
Put the mashed potatoes on a dish, giving it the shape of a fish. Cut the delayed carrots into thin slices. Place the carrots on top of the scaled puree. Place boiled green peas around. Garnish with red onions and dill.
