Add 1 tsp to the finished puree. vegetable oil (you can use both sunflower and olive oil), mix.

If the child has not tried the oil yet, then at first a few drops are added and gradually increased to 3-5 ml.

Put the required amount of puree in the baby's plate; for a 5-6 month old baby, the volume of one feeding is 200-250 grams. Cool food down to 35-36 degrees and feed your baby.

Step 12

Ready mashed potatoes are stored in the refrigerator for no more than a day.

If possible, the infant should have freshly mashed potatoes on the table.
