Vegetable puree is a good alternative to store-bought vegetable mix.

1 medium carrot, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 100 grams of white cabbage, 2 small potatoes, 1/2 cup milk, 10 grams of butter

Step 1
Wash and peel carrots, potatoes and cabbage. Put some water in a saucepan, add sugar and put on low heat. Chop carrots and cabbage and place in a saucepan. Close the lid and leave to simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Cut the potatoes into large cubes and add to the vegetables. Leave to cook until tender (about 30 minutes, all vegetables and potatoes should be tender.
Step 3
Strain the cooked vegetables immediately through a sieve. Heat the milk, pour into the grated vegetables and boil.
Step 4
Add the butter to the puree and mix well. Leave the puree to cool slightly and start feeding your baby.
