  • -3 eggplants
  • -150 g minced meat
  • -2-3 medium tomatoes
  • -1-2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • -1 medium onion
  • -5-6 tablespoons of green peas
  • -1 egg
  • -2 tablespoons of bread crumbs
  • -Greens
  • -Salt, pepper, thyme, cumin, basil to taste
  • -Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

Step 1

Wash and peel the eggplant. Cut a little along the middle with a knife. Put in salt water for 10-15 minutes. Then drain the water and pat dry the eggplants with a towel.
