The multicooker helps not only to save time for housewives, but also to create real culinary masterpieces from seemingly simple products. But not all ladies know interesting recipes for cooking. Therefore, further we will talk about how to cook duck legs in a multicooker.
To prepare duck legs you will need:
- duck legs - 2 pcs.;
- orange - 1 pc.;
- fresh pumpkin - 250 g;
- honey (it is recommended to take liquid, if not, then melt the one available in a water bath) - 1 tbsp. l.;
- olive oil - 4 tbsp. l.;
- garlic - 1 clove;
- hot water - 100 ml;
- a couple of sprigs of parsley;
- salt to taste.
Wash the duck legs thoroughly and place in the multicooker bowl. Peel the pumpkin, cut into large pieces. Place the pumpkin over the legs. Wash the orange and cut off 2 thin circles from it, and squeeze the juice from the remaining fruit. Chop the garlic and add to the orange juice, send honey and olive oil there.
Mix everything well until a homogeneous mass is formed. Pour the duck legs and pumpkin into the resulting sauce. Place orange slices on top of the meat. Add chopped parsley. Leave the meat to marinate for 60 minutes. After the time has passed, set the “Multipovar” mode on the multicooker, set the temperature to 120 degrees, cook for 10 minutes. Then open the lid and pour it into a bowl of hot water, then continue cooking in the same mode.
