    • 1 orange;
    • 5 cloves of garlic;

    • 30 g olive oil;

Step 1

If the legs are frozen, they must be defrosted beforehand. You need to defrost it naturally, at room temperature. Rinse and dry the duck legs. Place them in a deep plate. Squeeze the garlic through a garlic press or chop very finely. Rub the duck legs thoroughly with salt, pepper and garlic. Put the bowl with legs in a cool place for an hour.
