Instructions
Step 1
Combine soy sauce with olive oil. Add Chinese spices, a pinch of ground cinnamon, sesame seeds, anise stars. Grate the duck legs with this spicy mixture, put them in a bowl, cover with plastic foil and refrigerate for 2 hours to marinate.
