It is hard to argue that the combination of peaches with cottage cheese is a win-win! Therefore, in the season, be sure to please your family with this simple, but very tasty cake!
It is necessary
- For the basics:
- - 175 g flour;
- - 60 g butter;
- - 35 g of sugar;
- - 0.5 tsp baking powder;
- - a pinch of salt.
- For filling:
- - 200 g soft cottage cheese;
- - 100 g sour cream 20%;
- - 2 small eggs;
- - 60 g of sugar;
- - 3 large peaches.
- For decoration:
- - almond petals.
Instructions
Step 1
We'll need room temperature butter to make the dough, so remove it from the refrigerator beforehand. Then, when it softens, using a mixer, beat it into a light cream with added sugar. Sift flour, salt and baking powder into a bowl of butter and grind everything into crumbs.
Step 2
Line a baking dish with baking paper and use the bottom of the glass to tamp the crumb over it. In this case, do not form the sides. Refrigerate while you cook the filling.
Step 3
Beat the cottage cheese with a mixer with the addition of eggs, sour cream and sugar until smooth. If you have cottage cheese, for best results, pre-wipe it through a sieve.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Wash the peaches, cut in half. Remove the base form from the refrigerator, put the curd filling on top, and on it - the peach halves, sliced down. Send to a hot oven for 40-50 minutes (it all depends, as always, on the form and the oven): the middle of the finished cake should shake a little more. Cool, sprinkle with almond petals and refrigerate before serving.
