This cake is a great find for a summer day! You can always substitute peaches for plums or apricots!
It is necessary
- Dough:
- - 300 g flour;
- - 175 g butter;
- - 1 tsp baking powder;
- - 75 g of sugar.
- Cream:
- - 400 g of cottage cheese;
- - 200 g sour cream;
- - 3 eggs;
- - 150 g of sugar;
- - 2 tbsp. vanilla sugar.
- - 5 large peaches.
- - peach jam optional.
Instructions
Step 1
For the dough, grind the butter and sugar. Add flour and baking powder, grind everything until you get flour crumbs. Pour the finished crumb into a 20x30 cm mold, greased with butter and sprinkled with flour, lightly press the dough to the bottom (you can use the bottom of the glass - very convenient) and put it in the refrigerator while the cream is being prepared.
Step 2
For the cream, rub the cottage cheese through a sieve if it has grains. If the curd is pressed and soft, this is not necessary.
Step 3
Beat the cottage cheese with sour cream until smooth. Add eggs and both sugar and beat again until smooth. Put the finished cream on top of the chilled base and smooth.
Step 4
Wash peaches, peel and cut into wedges. Place on top of the cream. Send to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
Step 5
Cover the finished cake with peach jam, which, if necessary, needs to be heated to obtain a liquid consistency. You can also sprinkle almond petals or coconut on baked goods for serving. Chill completely and serve!
