This peach pie is very easy to make, has a moist texture and is not too sweet, just yummy! Pie can be a great addition to tea. By the way, instead of peaches, you can also use plums.

- - 4-5 canned peaches
- - 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- - 2 tablespoons of white sugar
- - 100 g butter
- - 2/3 cup sugar
- - 1 small lemon (zest and juice)
- - 3 eggs
- - a pinch of salt
- - 3 tablespoons sour cream
- - 170 g flour
- - 2 teaspoons baking powder
Instructions
Step 1
First, wash the peaches and place them in boiling water for 30 seconds. Then take out and let cool. Peel, pit and cut into slices.

For pie batter, combine butter and granulated sugar until smooth. Add a pinch of salt, lemon zest, and the juice of one lemon. Then gradually add eggs, sour cream, and at the end the flour mixed with baking powder.

Prepare a 23 cm round baking dish with parchment paper. Place the prepared chopped peaches in a pan and spread evenly.

Then mix the white and brown sugar together and sprinkle over the peaches. Then lay out the resulting dough.

Place in preheated oven and bake for 30-45 minutes until golden brown. Remove the pie from the oven and cool the fruit dessert. Then serve.
