To begin with, we prepare a yeast dough. We take warm milk, dissolve the yeast in it and set it to rise for 15-20 minutes. Then add yeast, eggs, salt, a little sugar to the flour and knead the dough. We cover it with a napkin or towel and put it in a warm place to brew.

We divide the approached dough into two parts, one of which we leave for decoration, and the other is rolled out into a layer about 1.5-2 cm thick and put on a frying pan greased in advance with butter.
