It can be prepared for future use, for example, for breakfast. It will calmly stand for a day in the refrigerator, without losing its excellent taste.

Prepare the following products for the dough: 3 chicken eggs, a glass of sour cream and mayonnaise, 6 tablespoons of flour, salt, soda. For the filling: a medium-sized onion, a couple of potatoes, a tin of canned fish in oil.

Turn on the heat in the oven. While it is heating up, you will have time to knead the pie dough. In a deep bowl, beat the chicken eggs, add soda and salt to them, mix everything. Then add sour cream, mayonnaise, flour, mix everything again. The resulting dough should resemble thick sour cream.

Peel and wash the vegetables, finely chop the onion, grate the potatoes on a coarse grater. It is better to put the canned food out of the jar on a plate and mash the fish pieces with a fork. Do not add a lot of oil from the jar.

Spread on a baking dish with vegetable oil. Pour half of the dough into it, put grated potatoes on top and salt. Lay the onion in the next layer, and on it - mashed canned fish. Pour over the rest of the dough.

Put the cake in the oven - it has time to warm up by this time. Bake for about 40 minutes at 200 degrees. The finished cake should not be served right away - cover it with a towel and let sit for 10 minutes. Serve warm, cut into equal pieces. The pie turns out to be tender, the dough inside is fluffy, the taste is wonderful. You can decorate the pie with chopped herbs.
