- For filling:

- - 480 g of canned saury;
- - 3 eggs;
- - 4 onions;
- - 100 g of processed cheese.
Instructions
Step 1
For the pie, you need saury in butter or in your own juice. If desired, saury can be replaced with mackerel.
Step 2
For the filling, peel the onions, chop finely. Boil the eggs.
Step 3
Open the canned food and drain the oil (juice). Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the onion until transparent. Chop saury with a fork, remove the ridges, mix with fried onions in a cup.
Step 4
Peel and chop the eggs. Grate the cheese. Combine eggs and cheese with fish. Add mayonnaise and stir gently.
Step 5
For the test. Mix one and a half cups flour with baking powder, add salt. In a separate cup, combine 300 grams of sour cream, 3 eggs, 50 grams of softened butter and 300 grams of mayonnaise. Whisk until smooth, then combine with flour. The dough will have a consistency reminiscent of sour cream. Divide the dough in two.
Step 6
Turn on the oven to preheat. Pour part of the dough into an ovenproof dish, put the fish filling on it and cover with the second part of the dough. Sprinkle cheese over the top.
Step 7
Bake the pie at 250 degrees for the first ten minutes, then reduce the temperature to 220 degrees and continue baking for another 40-45 minutes. Watch for readiness, if you want a more crispy cake, then increase the cooking time. Allow the finished pie to cool in the oven, after which you can cut into portions and serve.
