Making canned fish pie is a pleasure as it is very quick and easy to prepare. This cake turns out beyond all praise - delicious, juicy, aromatic. It contains inexpensive, affordable products that are commonly found in every home.
It is necessary
- - 300 gr. mayonnaise
- - 200 gr. sour cream
- - 2 eggs
- - canned fish
- - 1 onion
- - potatoes
- - a pinch of salt
- - a pinch of baking soda (can also be replaced with baking powder)
- - 6 tbsp. tablespoons of flour
Instructions
Step 1
Mix mayonnaise with sour cream, adding salt, soda (or baking powder), then add 3 eggs and mix everything thoroughly. Add 6 tablespoons of first grade flour to the resulting mass. We mix everything well to get a homogeneous mass, without lumps. It turns out a batter, which should resemble liquid sour cream in consistency.
Step 2
Pour part of the dough evenly into a deep cake pan. Then rub on a coarse grater or chop raw potatoes in a blender. Place the grated potatoes directly onto the dough.
Step 3
Chop the onions very finely and also send them to raw, grated potatoes.
Step 4
We put the canned fish in a plate and chop it with a fork. Place the chopped fish carefully on top of the onion. Then we fill everything with the rest of the dough.
Step 5
We send the fish pie to the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes and bake at a temperature of 180-190 degrees. The pie is ready, it is advisable to serve when it cools down. Bon Appetit!
