There are times when you can't cook a full meal. Canned fish will become a real salvation - with them you can cook both the first and the second, and even a pie.
Saury pie in a slow cooker
You will need:
- canned food in oil - 1 can
- kefir - 1 st;
- eggs 2pcs;
- flour - 2 tbsp;
- sunflower oil - 2-3 tbsp;
- potatoes -1 pc;
- salt -1 / 2 tsp;
- soda -1/2 tsp;
- vinegar 9% - 1-2 tsp;
Beat kefir and eggs in a deep bowl, add flour in small portions, knead a rather thick dough (like for pancakes). Add sunflower oil and soda quenched with vinegar to the finished dough, mix thoroughly. Put 1/3 of the dough into the multicooker bowl. Wash the potatoes, peel them, cut them into thin circles and put them on the dough.
Mash canned food (saury, mackerel, sardine) with a fork and spread on potatoes. You can add a finely chopped onion and a boiled egg to make the pie more satisfying. Put the remaining dough on the filling and turn on the "baking" mode for 1 hour. We check the readiness of the cake with a knife or a match. This cake can also be baked in the oven for about 40 minutes at 180 ° C.
Canned cutlets with semolina
You will need:
- canned fish - 1 can;
- eggs - 2 pcs;
- semolina - 4-6 tbsp;
- onion - 1 pc. (can be replaced with green onions);
- sunflower oil;
Put the canned food together with the butter in a bowl, knead with a fork until smooth, add the eggs and mix thoroughly. Add semolina in small portions and knead, leave for 10-15 minutes for the semolina to swell. In terms of density, the mass should resemble pancake dough. Heat the pan, bring the oil to a boil, reduce the gas and spread the patties with a spoon. Fry on both sides until golden brown. these cutlets will be a great addition to mashed potatoes.
Quick fish soup
You will need:
For 2 liters of ready-made soup
- potatoes - 3 pcs;
- carrots - 1 pc;
- onion - 1pc;
- canned food - 1 can;
- sunflower oil - 1 tablespoon
Add diced potatoes to boiling water. Grate the carrots on a fine grater, finely chop the onion, sauté over low heat for 2-3 minutes and pour into a saucepan. Pour the semolina in a thin stream, stirring continuously. Put the canned food (any will do) in the soup (it is possible with the liquid), boil for 3-4 minutes, add salt and spices if necessary. Turn off the stove and leave to infuse for 15-20 minutes under a closed lid. Sprinkle with fresh herbs before serving.
