It is necessary

  • - 500 g of unleavened puff pastry;
  • - 3 tbsp. Sahara;
  • - 1 tbsp. vanilla sugar;
  • - 1 tbsp. flour;
  • - 1 tbsp. potato starch;
  • - 3 large peaches;
  • - sour cream or heavy cream to grease the cake.

Instructions

Step 1

Defrost the puff pastry and use a mold to cut a circle of suitable diameter out of it. Form the rest of the dough into narrow strips, from which we will make a "lattice" for decorating baked goods.

Step 2

Wash the peaches, cut them into two and remove the pits. Then chop the fruit into cubes and transfer to a bowl. Sprinkle with sugar, vanilla sugar, starch and flour. Leave it on for about 10 minutes so that the starch absorbs the fruit juice so that the filling is not too runny afterwards.

Step 3

Preheat the oven to a temperature of 200 degrees. Place the prepared peach cubes on the dough in a mold, spreading evenly over all surfaces. Lay the strips on top, forming a "grid". On the sides, they should be slightly pressed against the base to hold the cake together.

Step 4

Grease baked goods with sour cream or heavy cream so that the top is well browned in the oven! Also, for these purposes, you can use the yolk or cubes of butter, spreading it over the surface of the wire rack. Additionally, sprinkle with sugar or powdered sugar on top.

Step 5

Put in the oven for 30 minutes. Allow the baked goods to cool completely before serving so that the filling hardens. It would be great to additionally decorate a slice of pie with whipped cream or add a scoop of vanilla ice cream next to it!
