There are many recipes for dishes with chicken breasts. But not everyone knows how to cook the breasts so that they turn out to be tender and juicy. Due to the possibility of simmering, the multicooker is perfectly suited for cooking this dietary meat. Breasts in sour cream sauce cook very quickly.
It is necessary
- - chicken breasts (fillets) - 500 g;
- - onions - 2 pcs.;
- - sour cream - 200 ml;
- - water - 200 ml;
- - turmeric - 1 tsp;
- - sesame seeds (optional) - 2 tsp;
- - vegetable oil;
- - black pepper;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the chicken breasts into pieces. Peel the onions and cut into half rings.
Step 2
Pour vegetable oil into a multicooker and set the "Fry" mode. If this mode is not in your multicooker, then you can cook on the "Pastry". Once the oil has warmed up, place the fillets and fry for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Add chopped onions. Fry until the onion is translucent.
Step 4
In the meantime, prepare the sauce. In a separate bowl, mix sour cream and hot boiled water. Add salt, turmeric for a nice yellowish hue and a couple of pinches of black pepper. If you are cooking for children, it is better not to add pepper.
Step 5
Pour the sour cream sauce into a bowl and set the "Stew" mode for 1 hour.
Step 6
At the end of the program, sprinkle the cooked breasts with sesame seeds and chopped herbs. Serve with boiled rice or potatoes.
