Cooking chicken fillet in sour cream in a slow cooker is easy and quick. According to the recipe, the meat turns out to be unusually soft, and the sour cream filling gives the chicken a delicate creamy taste.
The following ingredients are required:
- 500 g chicken fillet;
- 1 large onion;
- 3 tbsp. l. sour cream;
- 50 ml milk or cream;
- ½ tsp dried thyme;
- ½ tsp dried oregano;
- olive or sunflower oil;
- salt and pepper to taste;
- fresh herbs.
Step by step cooking:
- Cut the onion into thin half rings, the chicken fillet into small pieces. Stir the sour cream thoroughly with milk.
- Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, add onion. Set the "Fry" mode for 10 minutes.
- After 5 minutes of frying, open the lid of the multicooker, stir the onion, add the fillet. Fry until the end of the program.
- Pour sour cream and milk over the meat, season with salt and pepper. Add oregano and thyme (spices can be substituted with Provencal herbs).
- Set the "Extinguishing" mode for 20 minutes. Cook until the end of the program.
- Put fillets on plates, sprinkle with chopped herbs.
You can serve chicken fillet in sour cream with potatoes, buckwheat, rice or pasta. But the most useful addition will be a salad of fresh vegetables and herbs. Bon Appetit!
